Parada do Bouro is located on the left bank of the Cávado River. Here, you can find a panoramic view of the Gerês Mountain Range, the Cávado River, and its idyllic river beach. It offers various tourist attractions, such as the “Water Park Gerês,” the famous Geira Trail, and also Cerdeira Park, where you can enjoy guided hikes, both long and short, canoe rides, and rope maneuvers.

It’s less than 30 km from Braga, 18 minutes from Caniçada, 25 minutes from the Sanctuary of São Bento da Porta Aberta, and just 30 minutes from the Gerês Thermal Springs.

We have a set of four contiguous plots of land that total an area of 29,900 m2, with the following characteristics:

1º plot is a rural area with 10,500 m2 of space, featuring terraces, vineyards, fruit trees, citrus trees, and olive trees.

2º plot is a rural area with 7,250 m2 of space, primarily composed of eucalyptus and scrub.

3º plot is a rural area with 8,000 m2 of space, divided into two parcels that border each other and includes a water spring.

4º plot, with 4,150 m2 of space, has unique characteristics suitable for an excellent ecotourism and rural tourism project.
